It has no expiry date and is provided to all Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above.

All courses listed on MySkillsFuture portal are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit (Opening Credit). They include:

  1. Courses subsidised or approved by the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency,

  3. Courses supported by lead agencies, and
  4. SkillsFuture@PA courses offered by the People’s Association and selected courses under the National Silver Academy.

2. One-off SkillsFuture Credit Top-up — $500

This one-off top-up was provided to Singapore Citizens aged 25 years and above as of 31 December 2020, to further encourage Singaporeans to take timely steps to reskill and upskill.

The top-up can be used for all courses listed on MySkillsFuture portal.

Important Note: The top-up expires on 31 December 2025. Singaporeans who received the top-up must:

This credit supports Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above. It can be used to offset out-of-pocket course fees for selected courses that have better employability outcomes, and it does not expire.

Eligible courses include:

  1. Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) full qualifications and shorter modules that stack to a full qualification,
  2. MOE-subsidised full qualifications from the University of the Arts Singapore and Arts Institutions,

  4. Courses aligned to training requirements in Progressive Wage Model (PWM) sectors, and
  5. Workplace Literacy and Numeracy courses.

Note: Any balance from the one-off Additional SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career Support), which was provided to every Singapore Citizen aged 40 to 60 (inclusive) as at 31 December 2020, is now merged with the SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) and no longer carries an expiry date.
